Return policy

Returns are not accepted for products in electronic format.

Printed books and supplements can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Send me by email or through the form on the Contact page, the order number, the decision to return the product(s) and the proof of return. The cost of the return is borne by you.

2. If you have paid by credit card, I will refund your card.

3. If you have paid by cash on delivery, send me your IBAN and I will return the money to your account.
