Bottle of 30 gelatin capsules with Vitamin D3 (5500 IU), Vitamin K2, MK7 form (120 mcg), magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium gluconate (82.50 mg magnesium), with proven benefits for bones, immunity, heart, teeth and brain. 

Vitamin D has numerous effects and actions in the body (immunity, bone health, mood, cardiovascular health etc). Although for bones, a minimum level of 25 - 30 ng/ml is sufficient, for good immunity the minimum level is 50 to 60 ng/ml. The maximum level allowed is 100 ng/ml, so ideally we should maintain a blood level between 60 and 100 ng/ml.

Dosage: 1 - 2 capsules a day.

Vitamin D3 is mandatory to combine with:

• vitamin K2, because it transports calcium (whose absorption is stimulated by vitamin D) to the bones, where it binds it, preventing it from being deposited on blood vessels and in various organs;
• magnesium, because magnesium activates vitamin D and sensitizes cell receptors for vitamin D.

Periodically (every 6-8 months) give vitamin D in the blood and if it reaches around 100 ng/ml, stop. When it drops to or below 60 ng/ml, resume.
