2. Subject of the Contract
These terms regulate the contractual relationship between Doctor Cip and customers who purchase products through the doctorcip.eu website.
3. Order Placement
The order is confirmed by email after checking product availability and processing payment. Doctor Cip reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or unavailable stock, with a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT. Payment can be made by: bank card / bank transfer / cash on delivery. Doctor Cip does not store your card data.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered by courier within 2-3 working days in Romania, and within 7-10 working days in the EU, from order confirmation. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without penalties and without needing to provide a reason.
Exceptions (Art. 16, GEO 34/2014): hygiene or medical products with broken seals cannot be returned.
7. Warranty and Compliance
Products benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 2 years according to Law no. 449/2003. In case of a non-compliant product, contact us at doctorcip@doctorcip.eu.
8. Liability
Doctor Cip is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit resulting from the use of the products. Total liability cannot exceed the value of the respective order.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution. If this is not possible, you may contact:

10. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts in Romania.
