2. Subject Matter of the Contract
These terms govern the contractual relationship between Doctor Cip and customers who purchase products through the doctorcip.eu website.
3. Placing orders
Your order will be confirmed via email after we verify product availability and process your payment. Doctor Cip reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or out-of-stock items, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in RON and include VAT. Payment can be made by:credit card / bank transfer / cash on delivery. Doctor Cip does not store your card information.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered by courier within 2–3 business days in Romania and 7–10 business days in the EU, starting from the date the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without penalty and without having to provide a reason.
Exceptions (Art. 16, Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014): Hygiene or medical products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
7. Warranty and Compliance
These products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity under Law No. 449/2003. If a product is non-compliant, please contact us at doctorcip@doctorcip.eu.
8. Liability
Doctor Cip is not liable for any consequential damages or loss of profits resulting from the use of the products. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, you may contact:

10. Governing Law
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
