Preventive Protocol with Zeolite Spectrum and AHCC

Belowisa maintenance regimendesigned for long-term,cyclical use, combining Zeolit Spectrumand AHCC.

This protocol is oriented towards anti-aging, immune support and detoxification and can be followed indefinitely.

✅ 1. Zeolite Spectrum - Detox and cell protection

Dose:

• 6 capsules/day, divided as follows:
  • 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with 300 ml of water.
  • 2 capsules in the afternoon, 1-2 hours between meals.
  • 2 capsules in the evening, at least 2 hours before bedtime.

Cycle:

• 3 months on / 2-3 months off.
• You can do 2 cycles/year (spring and fall) or, if you have high exposure to toxins (pollution, heavy metals, oxidative stress), 3 cycles/year.

Additional recommendations:

• Hydration: minimum 2 liters of water/day.
• Administration: start with one capsule on the first day and increase daily by one capsule up to 6 capsules. 
• Long-term beneficial effects: reduction of oxidative stress, protection against heavy metals, support of intestinal flora and reduction of systemic inflammation.

✅ 2. AHCC - Immune support and anti-aging effect

Dose:

• Recommended anti-aging dosage: 3 capsules per day of AHCC Mycelcaps (1 capsule in the morning, 1 at lunchtime, and 1 in the evening) or 2 capsules per day of AHCC Vitals (1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening)

Cycle:

• 3-6 months on / 3 months off. AHCC can also be taken continuously for 1 year, but a 2-3 month/year break is recommended to stimulate immunity so that it does not become "addictive".

Long-term effects (proven in studies):

• Positive modulation of NK and T helper cells.
• Decrease inflammatory markers and oxidative stress.
• Possible anti-aging effect through mitochondrial DNA protection.
