HPV infection

HPV is a virus that causes a common infection, transmitted through direct skin-to-skin contact, including sexual contact.

There are over 200 types of HPV, of which about 40 can infect the genital area. These are divided into two main categories:

  • Low-risk HPV, which can cause genital warts and benign lesions on skin and mucous membranes.
  • High-risk HPV, which can lead to cervical, vaginal, vulvar, penile, anal, and oropharyngeal cancer.

The most dangerous strains are HPV 16 and HPV 18, responsible for most cases of cervical cancer. Less dangerous but associated with precancerous lesions and cancer are: 31, 33, 42, 55, and 58.

HPV 35, 39, 51, 56, 59, 66, 68 are less common strains but considered high risk.

Most infections are asymptomatic and disappear spontaneously within 1-2 years, in some cases, however, the following may appear:

  • Genital warts – soft, painless growths around the genital organs or anus; Precancerous lesions – detectable through tests such as the Pap smear and HPV test;
  • Cancers – occur after persistent infections with high-risk strains.

So, although most do not cause problems, there are cases that can develop into precancerous lesions and even cancer.

What can be done?

  1. First of all, prevention:
    • the HPV vaccine, which protects against the most dangerous strains.
    • protected sexual contact

       2. What to do if the infection is present?

    • administration of AHCC: according to a study conducted at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), 66% of women who took AHCC at a dose of 3 g/day for 6 months cleared the virus (that is, 15 AHCC Mycelcaps capsules or 6 AHCC MCS or AHCC Vitals capsules).
    • administration of vitamin D3, 10,000 IU/day (combined with vitamin K2 and magnesium): 2 capsules per day.
    • administration of Zeolit Spectrum, which can indirectly support fighting HPV infection and lesion regression through detoxifying, antioxidant effects, immune support, and microbiome balancing. Dosage: 6 capsules per day.
    • in addition, black seed oil (black cumin) which can stimulate immunity.

NOTE: THESE MEASURES APPLY TO ANY VIRAL INFECTION (HERPES, SHINGLES, HEPATITIS B, C, COVID, ETC.)
