Politics Doctor Cip on the protection of personal data

Doctor Cip processes personal data (e-mail address, surname and telephone number) for the transmission of periodic messages with information on health topics, data that users have entered in the form on the website https://www.doctorcip.eu.

All data is stored on the Shopify platform and are processed according to Privacy Policy of this platform.

Doctor Cip undertakes to comply with the legal principles of data protection, in particular those laid down by the General Regulation on the protection of personal data 679/2016).

Also, as a personal data controller, Doctor Cip has the obligation to administer in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that data subjects provide about themselves. 

Each user has the possibility to request the deletion of their data by clicking on a specific link in each email they receive.

Personal data processed by Doctor Cip are not subject to transfer to persons outside the European Economic Area.

The retention period of personal data is determined according to the basis of the processing and its purpose. Upon expiry of the time limits thus established, all data that would allow the identification of individuals will be erased/anonymized, and those that may be useful for statistical purposes will be kept.
