RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to justify your decision and without penalties.

2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged
- In the original intact packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
3. Exceptions — Products That Cannot Be Returned
According to Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the following products cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened, for health protection or hygiene reasons:
- Medical or personal hygiene products with broken seals
- Opened dietary supplements or consumable products
- Products customized at the customer's request
4. Return Procedure
- Contact us at doctorcip@doctorcip.eu within 14 days of receiving the product
- You will receive return instructions within a maximum of 2 business days
- Send the product to the indicated address
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer
5. Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at doctorcip@doctorcip.eu with photos of the product. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Fill in doctorcip@doctorcip.eu with the correct address and decide who will bear the return cost, then copy the text into the Shopify editor and save.
