Collection: Hemorrhoids
Natural protocol, which can be combined with traditional treatments (ointments, suppositories, medication prescribed by a doctor).
It is most useful in grade I-II hemorrhoids or mild crises, when there is inflammation and minor bleeding.
1. Local application - for soothing and healing
Purpose: reduce inflammation, stop minor bleeding, relieve pain and itching.
Zeolite powder:
- Wash the affected area with warm water, without irritating soap.
- Pat dry, not rub dry.
- Apply a very fine layer of zeolite powder to the hemorrhoidal area twice a day.
- If the hemorrhoids are internal: a small applicator with a little powder can be used, but very gently, to avoid injury.

Zeolite helps through its absorbent, anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effect.
2. Oral administration - for internal effect
Purpose: detoxifying, reducing inflammation, supporting blood vessels and preventing constipation.
- Collinsonia extract (stone root) : helps to tone the vein walls. Dosage: 1-2 capsules per day

Zeolite Spectrum oral: helps detoxify and reduce general inflammation, including venous inflammation
- Day 1: 1 capsule in the morning.
- Increase gradually by 1 capsule/day, up to 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening.
- Drink 2 liters of fluids a day.

If you take medication, leave a 2-hour break.
- Probiotic: to regulate intestinal flora and prevent constipation: 1 capsule in the evening, after dinner.
3. Nutrition and hydration
- Hydration: at least 2 liters of water a day.
- Natural fiber: vegetables, fruits, flaxseed or psyllium (1 tablespoon with water in the morning).
- Avoid constipation: it's the No. 1 factor aggravating hemorrhoids.
- Reduce: alcohol, excess coffee, spicy and fatty foods.
4. Lifestyle
- Do not stay on the toilet for more than 5 minutes.
- Avoid prolonged sitting - get up and move around every hour.
- If needed, use a pillow in the shape of a cage to reduce pressure on the pelvic area.
- Moderate sport: walking, swimming, yoga - no high-pressure abdominal exercises (e.g. weight lifting).
5. Warning signs - when to go to the doctor
- Profuse or persistent bleeding.
- Severe, sudden onset of pain (possible thrombosis).
- Hemorrhoids that do not shrink spontaneously or remain inflamed after 2-3 weeks of treatment.
- If you are over 40 and the bleeding is new.
