Herbal protocol for fibroadenoma and breast cyst

There are many causes of fibroadenomas and breast cysts, but one common element is estrogen dominance, an imbalance between estrogen and progesterone levels.

The protocol below includes measures to correct this imbalance, but does not replace the treatment recommended by your doctor. In most cases, the doctor does not recommend treatment, only periodic monitoring.

1. Hormonal balancing

  • DIM (from broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower) - 100-200 mg/day or regular consumption of cruciferous vegetables

2. Antiproliferative and antioxidant

  • Curcumin liposomal - 1 cp/day

3. Liver support and estrogen detox

  • Zeolit Spectrum - 6 cp/day (3 in the morning and 3 in the evening)

4. Immune support

  • AHCC Mycelcaps (3 cp a day) or Vitals (2 cp a day)

5. Deficiency correction and metabolic support

  • Vitamin D3 + K2 + Magnesium - 2 cp per day (monitor the vitamin D level in the blood after a few months and maintain it between 60 and 100 ng/ml: when it approaches or exceeds 100 ng/day, stop the administration, when it drops to around 60, resume the administration)

6. Lifestyle

  • Avoid sugar, coffee, dairy and alcohol
  • Eat plenty of cruciferous vegetables daily (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale)
  • Reducing exposure to xenoestrogens (plastic, pesticides, paraben cosmetics)
  • Regular sleep, stress management, daily exercise (brisk walking, yoga, swimming)
  • Intermittent fasting: can help prevent the growth of fibroadenoma and breast cysts by:
    • hormonal balance (↓ estrogen, ↑ relative progesterone),
    • reducing inflammation,
    • decrease metabolic risk,
    • activation of cell regeneration processes.
  • Avoid refined vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, corn, soy, margarine) because:
    • increase inflammation
    • favors estrogen dominance
