General principles in supporting the body in cancer

  1. Follow doctors' instructions – oncological treatment remains the foundation of therapy.
  2. Combine natural formulas with adjuvant potential
Zeolit Spectrum, AHCC, vitamin D3, black cumin oil (nigella), alpha-lipoic acid (especially in colon or colorectal cancer), and olive leaf extract can be used as complementary, under the recommendation of a physician.
    Important recommendation:
    – during chemotherapy: leave 4 hours between Zeolit administration and cytostatics
    – for other medications: keep a 2-hour gap
  3. Adopt an adapted diet
You can find detailed recommendations here: Diet in cancer – complete recommendations .
  4. Manage stress and support mental well-being
A stable psyche helps the immune system and the body's regeneration capacity. Guided meditation, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices can reduce chronic stress.

For example, you can spend 30–60 minutes daily in silence, possibly in semi-darkness, with your eyes closed, imagining that you are already healed and experiencing as intensely as possible the joy and gratitude for this state. This is not fantasy – studies show the beneficial effects of visualization and meditation on the body. At first, your thoughts will "run away," but with daily practice, it will become easier.

Indicative doses for supplements used as complementary

The doses below are indicative and do not replace the recommendation of your attending physician.

Zeolit Spectrum

  • Usual dose: 9–15 capsules per day.
  • Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase by 1 capsule/day until you reach the recommended dose.
  • It has no known contraindications, and no serious adverse effects have been reported.
  • In some people, transient constipation may occur in the first days, which is why it is recommended to consume ~2 liters of water/day.
  • Because zeolite promotes detoxification of the body, dizziness, headaches, and mild digestive symptoms may appear in the first days – a sign of eliminating an increased amount of toxins.

AHCC (Active Hexose Correlated Compound)

The AHCC-based products listed on the site contain the same active substance (produced exclusively by Amino Up, Japan), differing only in dosage and presentation.

  • Dose AHCC Mycelcaps: 3–9 capsules per day.
  • Dose AHCC Vitals: 2–6 capsules per day.
  • Study analyzing the effects of AHCC when administered during chemotherapy:

Black cumin oil (nigella)

  • Usual dose: 3 capsules per day.
  • Can be combined with Zeolit Spectrum, AHCC, and the other mentioned supplements, with medical monitoring.

Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 + Magnesium

  • Indicative dose: 10,000 IU vitamin D3/day (usually 2 tablets of the indicated product).
  • Periodic monitoring of vitamin D in the blood is essential (every 6–8 months).
  • If the level reaches 80 ng/ml, administration is stopped; it is resumed when it drops below 50 ng/ml.

Olive leaf extract

Alpha-lipoic acid

  • Usual dose: 1 capsule per day.
  • It can be especially useful in the context of colon or colorectal cancer, upon the doctor's recommendation.

Duration of supplement administration

The duration is not fixed and depends on the medical context and the evolution of each person.

For example, in the case of my mother, myself, and Delia, the supplements were taken for about 1 year. My opinion is that they should be taken for at least 6 months, then adjusted based on results, tests, and the doctor's recommendations.

Recommendations for people who do not have cancer

And people without an oncological diagnosis can use some of these supplements for preventive purposes or to support overall health:

  • Zeolit Spectrum – for detoxification and antioxidant effect, at a dose of 6 capsules per day.
  • AHCC – for immune support, at a dose of 2 capsules per day.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do these supplements cure cancer?

No. There are no supplements that cure cancer. They can support the body during oncological treatments but do not replace the treatment recommended by your doctor and do not guarantee a cure.

Can I take Zeolite during chemotherapy?

Zeolite can be taken as a complement, but it is recommended to keep a 4-hour gap between Zeolite and cytostatics. Always discuss with your oncologist before use.

Are there contraindications to Zeolit Spectrum?

No major contraindications have been reported. In the first days, transient detoxification reactions may occur (dizziness, headaches, mild digestive symptoms), which usually subside by gradually increasing the dose and proper hydration.

Is AHCC the same regardless of the brand?

Yes. The active substance AHCC is produced exclusively by Amino Up (Japan). Differences between products relate to dosage, concentration, and form of presentation, not the raw material manufacturer.

Can I take black cumin oil together with the other supplements?

Usually, black cumin oil can be combined with Zeolit Spectrum, AHCC, vitamin D3, and olive leaf extract. However, medical supervision is recommended, especially for patients with chronic conditions or multiple treatments.

How long can I take high doses of vitamin D3?

High doses of vitamin D3 should only be taken with periodic monitoring of serum levels. When the value reaches approximately 100 ng/ml, it is recommended to stop and resume administration only when it falls below 60 ng/ml, according to your doctor's advice.

Is Zeolit Spectrum safe for internal use?

Zeolit Spectrum is currently the only zeolite authorized for internal use in Romania. Always follow the instructions on the label and your doctor's recommendations.
