🧬 What is endometriosis?

Endometriosis is characterized by the growth of endometrium-like tissue outside the uterus (ovary, peritoneum, etc.), which can cause inflammation and pain.

Important: In many cases, endometriosis remains undiagnosed for many years because the symptoms can be mistaken for "normal menstrual pain."

📊 How common is endometriosis?

Estimates show that endometriosis:

  • affects approximately 190 million women worldwide (approximately 10% of women between the ages of 15 and 49);
  • In women with infertility or chronic pelvic pain, the prevalence may increase to 30–50%.

⚠️ Why it is considered a chronic disabling disease

In many countries, endometriosis is recognized as not only a gynecological condition, but also a chronic, disabling disease, comparable in impact to diseases such as diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis, because:

  • affects approximately 1 in 10 women of childbearing age;
  • can cause chronic pelvic pain, menstrual pain, and pain during sexual intercourse, sometimes severe enough to limit daily activities;
  • may affect fertility (up to 50% of women with endometriosis may experience problems conceiving);
  • can lead to repeated absences from work, decreased productivity, and impaired quality of life.

🌿 Natural adjuvant protocol (not a substitute) – 4 directions

Note: The protocol below is supplementary and does not replace medical treatment. It should be adapted to each individual (symptoms, age, treatments, desire to become pregnant, etc.).

1️⃣ Hormonal balance (decrease in estrogen dominance)

  • DIM (from cruciferous vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower) – may support the metabolism of estrogens into weaker forms.
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 + Magnesium (2 capsules/day) – support hormonal balance and may help reduce inflammation.

2️⃣ Anti-inflammatory and pain control

  • Liposomal curcumin (1 capsule/day) – anti-inflammatory and antiangiogenic support,
  • OR
  • Liposomal omega-3 (1 capsule/day) – may reduce proinflammatory prostaglandins.

3️⃣ Immunity and detoxification

  • Liposomal silymarin (1 capsule/day) – liver support, useful for metabolizing and eliminating estrogens.
  • Zeolite (6 capsules/day) – can bind toxins and heavy metals, indirectly reducing the "toxic" load that affects hormonal balance.

4️⃣ Diet and lifestyle

  • Anti-inflammatory diet: lots of vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, fiber, fatty fish, olive oil, nuts, seeds; reduce/avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates.
  • Reduce dairy and red meat (in some people, these can aggravate inflammation).
  • Intermittent fasting – can help reduce inflammation and regulate insulin (if it suits the person's profile).

⚠️ Warning

Endometriosis comes in different forms and severities. If the pain is severe, abnormal bleeding occurs, significant digestive symptoms are present, or there are difficulties conceiving, a gynecological evaluation and a personalized plan are recommended.

During pregnancy, breastfeeding, hormone treatments, or chronic illnesses, supplements should only be used with the approval of a physician.
