I propose the following natural protocol

Local treatment

Ingredients (for 1 application):

  • Zeolite powder

How to apply:

  1. Wash the affected areas.
  2. Apply the powder in a thin layer only on acne or blackhead areas, preferably in the evening before bed, and cover the area with a dressing.
  3. Leave it on overnight.
  4. Photograph the area before starting treatment and then every few days.

Recommended frequency:

Daily, until acne disappears (usually no more than 2 weeks).

General treatment, oral route

Berberine: well-documented antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory effects, including on resistant staphylococci.

It is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, including MRSA, and usually also against coagulase-negative (non-hemolytic) strains.

Additionally, reduces sebum production and local inflammation.

Dose: 2 capsules per day, 6–8 weeks, with a 1–2 week break.

Vitamin D3+K2+magnesium: anti-inflammatory effect. Dose: 1 capsule per day. Vitamin D blood levels should be checked periodically (every 6 months) and when it approaches 100 ng/ml, stop supplementation; when it drops near 60 ng/ml, resume administration.

Probiotic: 1 capsule per day

AHCC: 2 capsules per day.
