Collection: Acne

I propose the following naturist protocol

Local treatment

Ingredients (for 1 application):

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (ideally cold pressed, organic).
  • zeolite powder in 3 capsules
  • 1 drop oregano essential oil (NO more, it is very strong).
  • Optional: 2-3 drops of jojoba oil or tea tree oil for an extra balancing effect.

Preparation steps:

  1. Put the coconut oil in a small bowl. If it's solid, melt it very lightly in a steam bath (not directly on the stove) or microwave.
  2. Add zeolite powder and mix well until you get a slightly viscous paste.
  3. Add 1 drop of oregano essential oil (NOT more) and mix again.
  4. You can also add a drop of jojoba or tea tree oil.

How to apply:

  1. Wash your face with a mild, alcohol-free face wash.
  2. Apply the mask in a thin layer, only on areas with acne or blackheads.
  3. Leave on for 5-7 minutes (maximum 10 if you have oily skin). Do not let it dry completely and tighten the skin.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water, using gentle, non-friction movements.
  5. Dab your face with a clean towel and apply a soothing toner or thermal spring water.

Recommended frequency:

1-2 times a week. If you notice irritation or increased stinging, stop application.

Additional suggestions for efficiency:

  • You can alternate this mask with a green clay + aloe vera mask for detoxifying and soothing.
  • Avoid harsh exfoliants on the days you use this mask.
  • Moisturize the skin after the mask with a non-comedogenic product.

Duration of treatment

For mild to moderate acne:
You can use 1-2 times a week for 4-6 weeks.

If you see clear improvements (fewer pimples, clearer skin), you can continue for another 1-2 months for consolidation, then rarely (once every 10-14 days) as maintenance.

For persistent (but not cystic) acne:
You need consistency for 8-12 weeks. Not daily, but a sustained routine of 1-2 applications per week.

At the same time, it's also important what you use the rest of the day: gentle cleansing, light moisturizing, avoiding comedogenic products.

Signs that you need to stop or adjust:

  • If the skin becomes irritated, red, very dry or new pimples appear in excess (purging effect prolonged for more than 2 weeks), stop the treatment.
  • If severe itching occurs on application, you can reduce the concentration of oregano (or temporarily replace with tea tree).

When you can resume:
After a break of 2-3 weeks, you can go back to the mask, but only once a week, and possibly without oregano, just with zeolite + coconut, as a mild detox.

General oral treatment

Berberine: well-documented antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory effects, including on resistant staphylococci.

It is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, including MRSA, and usually also against coagulase-negative (non-hemolytic) forms.

It also reduces sebum production and local inflammation.

Dosage: 2 capsules per day, 6-8 weeks, with a 1-2 week break.

Vitamin D3+K2+magnesium: anti-inflammatory effect. Dose: 1 capsule per day. The vitamin D level in the blood is dosed periodically (every 6 months) and when it reaches around 100 ng/ml, it is stopped and when it drops to around 60 ng/ml, it is taken again,

Probiotic: 1 cp per day

Omega 3: 1 cp per day.

Diet

Recommended foods

  • Green and colorful vegetables - broccoli, spinach, kale, carrots, beets, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes (in moderate amounts);
  • Clean proteins - fish (salmon, sardines, trout), eggs, lean meats, tofu, lentils, turnips;
  • Good fats - extra virgin olive oil, avocado, nuts, flaxseeds, chia;
  • Low-sugar fruits - berries, green apples, kiwi fruit;

Foods to avoid

  • Refined sugar and sweets (including fruit juices and "natural" syrups);
  • Pastries, bagels, white bread, white rice;
  • Dairy, especially milk and fresh cheese (may stimulate IGF-1 and sebum);
