Fatty liver has two causes: alcohol and fructose (found in sugar and juices).

Here I am referring to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which is today the most common liver disease. It usually occurs in people with obesity, high blood glucose, insulin resistance, high cholesterol and triglycerides or hypertension.

If left untreated, the disease progresses to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), with inflammation and fibrosis.

What measures can be taken in addition to doctor's recommendations:

  3. Olife® maslin leaf extract: according to a study published in the American Journal of Medical Sciences and Medicine, daily consumption of Olife®, along with a healthy diet, can support liver health and reduce inflammation in as little as 3 months. The dose is 70 ml/day.

If steatosis is more advanced, they may be given to protect the liver:
