Who am I?

I am a doctor and have been concerned with health education for many years: I explain mechanisms, clarify myths, and help people make better decisions with a clear head—without panic and without spectacular promises.

I believe in simple things that are difficult to do consistently: proper nutrition, sleep, exercise, rhythm, and discipline. And when I discuss adjuvant products or methods, I do so with clear limits and an emphasis on safety.

The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace consultation, diagnosis, and treatment recommended by your doctor.

My approach

In health, extremes do a lot of harm: either "it's nothing" or "it's a disaster." I prefer a realistic approach: accurate assessment + measurable steps + consistency.

1) Classical medicine remains the foundation

When there is a medical indication, treatment and monitoring are fundamental. I do not recommend "bypassing" medicine, but rather supplementing it responsibly where it makes sense.

2) Lifestyle matters enormously

Your daily routine (sleep, food, exercise, stress) often determines your long-term direction. This is where the metabolic "game" is won or lost.

3) Supplements are adjuvants

Sometimes they can support the body, but they are not magic. I like to talk about them without exaggeration, with realistic expectations and attention to context.

4) Clarity, not drama

Health requires sound explanations and practical steps, not fear. That is what I strive to provide: useful information that is easy to apply.

Transparency

What am I doing?

  • I explain medical topics in a way that everyone can understand.
  • I offer guidelines for prevention and sustainable habits.
  • I discuss adjuvant methods with caution and clear limits.
  • I encourage testing, proper evaluation, and dialogue with your doctor.

What I don't do

  • I do not promise cures and I do not guarantee results.
  • I do not recommend discontinuing treatments prescribed by your doctor.
  • I do not make diagnoses based on messages/comments.
  • I do not use fear as a tool of persuasion.

If you have severe symptoms, rapid worsening, adverse reactions to medication, or warning signs, the safest course of action is to seek medical advice (or emergency care, if necessary).

Quick questions

Can I receive personalized recommendations here?

Personalized recommendations require context, analysis, and sometimes examination. Here, I can provide general information and talking points for your primary care physician.

You're talking about supplements. Does that mean they replace treatment?

No. When used, supplements play a supporting role. Medical treatment remains the basis when indicated.

What is the central idea of your content?

To better understand what is happening in your body and to build habits that you can maintain in the long term.
