Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital files, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day return policy in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the appropriate amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Returns are not accepted for products in electronic format.
Printed books and supplements can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Please email us or use the form on the Contact page to provide your order number, your decision to return the product(s), and proof of return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. If you paid by card, the refund willbe credited to your card.
3. Ifyou paid by cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN, and the money will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
