Zeolit Spectrum has no contraindications, no side effects. In some people may give, in the early days, a transient constipation, which is why it is better to drink 2 liters of water a day. Because zeolite detoxifies the body, dizziness, headaches and digestive symptoms may occur in the first few days due to the elimination of a large quantity of toxins. Therefore, it is best to start with 1 capsule a day and increase the dose gradually, by 1 capsule a day, until the normal dose is reached.
Adult doses:
- in healthy people, for detoxification, boosting immunity, improving digestion: 6 capsules per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses.
- for people with health problems: between 9 and 15 per day.
Doses in children:
- up to 5 years: one capsule a day
- between 5 and 10 years: 2 capsules a day
- between 10 and 15 years: 3 capsules a day
- between 15 and 18 years: 4 capsules a day
There is a 2-hour break between zeolite and medication and a 4-hour break between zeolite and chemotherapy.
AHCC: the dose for AHCC Mycelcaps is 3 capsules a day, for AHCC Vitals, 2 capsules a day.
There is no break between AHCC and any medication.
For radiotherapy, both Zeolit Spectrum and AHCC are taken without restriction.
