In 2011, I was with my mother in a ward at Fundeni, she had acute leukemia, undergoing chemotherapy, feeling very ill, both from the disease and the treatment, with a very reserved prognosis (a few months). Although she was in this state, one day she told me: "Mom, you should know that I am going peacefully, I have had a fulfilled life, I consider that I have accomplished my mission on this Earth."

I reflected a lot on these words, starting from that very moment, when her words literally struck me. How come, you feel physically terrible, the outlook is bleak, and you say you are peaceful? As I kept thinking, I realized that, in fact, this is the ultimate achievement, to feel that we have had a fulfilled life, as each of us defines fulfillment, because that brings us inner peace, essential for healing. As it turned out, this contributed greatly to her recovery, her state of mind helped her overcome the illness, to get better, so she is still alive today.

There is an intimate connection between mood and physical condition; treatments work much more effectively when the mood is good, the body fights differently, regeneration and healing happen faster and at a much higher level.

Continuing to think about these things, I asked myself how we can reach fulfillment.

I have read many books on this subject, many articles, biographies, interviews, both of celebrities and life stories of unknown people, and all these years of analysis culminated in the spring of 2020 in a book, a guide in which I describe the steps toward achieving Fulfillment, as I see it.
